ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We need 24 to 48 hours to prepare your order. Most packages will be shipped out within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING AREAS
We deliver to most U.S. regions, excluding Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are sorry that international shipping service is not supported.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with FedEx. Sorry, but we don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
The package will be shipped from one of our US warehouses closest to your location.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
